He should be. You always check a weapon when you first take possession. Don't assume it's safe, know it is and don't point it at anyone you don't intend to shoot. Accidents can happen but this was a mistake at least, if not deliberate, and actions have consequences. Of course, being a "star", he probably won't be convicted but the loss of a life in this manner deserves a day in court. Hopefully the jury will be as fed up with these Hollywood types as the rest of us and actually reach a fair verdict.

The most that clown will get is probation and if by some miracle he went to prison it would be one of those resort ones for the elites.
Worse outcome for that pos is a few weeks or months under house arrest and then it's party time all over again.
