Stock Exhaust Manifold Bolts

It's removing my ATR headers and installing the stock system. Can someone tell me left and right what length bolts are needed and if they are studs or bolts? I'm looking at my ATR system so I think I have the stud part down, but I want to compare.

The lengths are the question.
