stock headers on a 4.1L

Are stock header to small for a 4.1 or should i go after market?

assuming you are referring to turbo headers? There should be no problem, as the stockers are good to 10's. Might consider port matching if possible. I think it's the fel-pro 1400's that are used.

Stock headers will work just fine. I ran them on my 4.1 for a couple of years. When I went to headers, I saw a little difference in the top end. In the end, it only ran a couple tenths faster with the headers. And I made several other changes to get those 2 tenths. Just my thoughts.
