Stock Wheel Studs

Question: I have purchased 4 Weld Prostar wheels, 2 15x8 Rears with MT 275/50/15 and 2 15x6 for the fronts. When mounting the rears the studs do not appear to thread but maybe a half inch or so into the open ended studs. Can i purchase stock diameter but longer studs or do i have to find larger diameter studs. Mods in signature. Thanks

ARP makes them, I had them on my old 8.5 diff.

Are you using the longer lug nuts?

You should be using lugs with a 1 3/8" shank vs the ones with a 3/4" or 1" shank.

I bought a car with welds on in and he had the wrong lug nuts. They had scary little thread engagement.
