250 inch Cruz stroker, Gn1's 210/210 roller cam, ported intake, 70mm doghouse and TB, V4 intercooler, TE45a.63, 3000 stall l/u PTS 9/11, 275 50 17 M&H DR's, unlocked converter run off the foot brake.

19 psi boost 1-2-3, she was shifting at 5500, 100 GT sunoco octane, TT 100 chip (21/20*) through a stock MAF and 3" hose/ 9 inch K&N.

1.747 60 foot
7.230 @ 98.08 1/8
11.257 @ 121.37 1/4

The changes from the old combo 235 inches and stock TB, stock lower intake and bowl ported irons only I had to run 23-24 psi boost on 116 octane and 25* timing to run 122+ mph in the 1/4. The stroker on 100 and just 19 psi was effortless and no knock.

Blew a header gasket out so only made one good run. Oh, and I drove the car 60 miles each way to the track :D

I'm still not as fast as JDsGNX across town, but I'm getting there! ;)

So, at 11 psi I ran 108 mph on pump gas last time out, now 19 psi 100 octane it went 121 mph, I think 25/26 psi will work just fine next time to break the 130 mph barrier easily with alky or 116. I hope I'm not going to be driving through the converter though if I turn it up, then I'll have to get the 6768 turbo to match the new converter...

Thats nice for 19psi. Stout street engine.:)

Plus on both runs I got lined up against a couple slicked out loud wrong wheel drive hatches...at least that is what they looked like in my rear view mirror:eek:

You will have a hard time moving enough air through the stock MAF over 550whp with that turbo. Be careful if you go to a different MAF or remove it. You will likely have a big increase in boost with no other changes.

The 45a on the old 235 inch iron head motor with locked converter with a stock maf it put down 595 rwhp and 695 rwtq with full kill mode 27+ psi boost (gauge only went to 25, so I'm guessing) and 25+ degrees timing on 116 race gas back in the day. I'm going to try to get over 125mph again on this maf and go from there without spending a whole lot more money yet.

I've got a 4 inch setup waiting to go on when I upgrade the computer to SD, so I'll definitely turn everything back down to the base 18# spring and go from there. I tried turning the wastegate 3#'s base up and the elec boost control 2#'s up for my run the other night, but a blown header gasket didn't let me get there.

Header gasket is fixed, A/C low press switch (works when jumped) should arrive tomorrow just in time for a cool drive to the track (Bradenton) trying to get back in the 10's again. I may have to do a parking brake launch:eek:.
