R RossGN Member Joined Jun 1, 2001 Jun 6, 2003 #1 Replaced all 4 struts on my '98 Regal last week...pretty straightforward and simple...I thought. Now they rattle when I hit bumps. I placed the springs in the exact location as the originals....everythings tight....any ideas?

S SPEEDY TY New Member Joined Apr 6, 2003 Jun 6, 2003 #2 I had the same problem, turned out the bolt for the strut itself was not tight enough.
