i have the priveledge of having john craigs outstanding crew(thanks chopper) rebuild my ta49. question is what psi should i set my fuel press at? atr dp, ext gate, str8t pipe and ta49 about how many horses am i looking at over stock components?

All depends on what boost levels you are running.
That pit bull chip is very aggressive

I hope you are using alky or race gas.....

Do you have a scan tool?

yes i plan on it

yes i want to be an alky, i have the diy kit 90% assembled, i guess between 19-20lbs not real hard. although i hear running alky you can run much higher boost hmmmm.

I've made 350HP @ 450ft-lb TQ on the chassis dyno with mine. Also, 3400 PI T/C, stock I/C, 009's, 110 octane, 107 RA chip, 23#'s of boost. So far this seems to be about the best street turbo. I just wish I would have got a Craig unit, my Precision required the converter big time! This was all with stock internals and 140K on the OD.

yeah, ive got 125k on the OD and its all stock inside. im probubly going to have to up grade to 50#ers? (a guess) and plan on restalling my D5.
