TCC lock-up

I'm burning a race chip and want the convertor to lock-up at 85 mph. I am using T-6 tuner. What tables do I have to change? Do I change the mph in the constant tables and then change the % of load in the TCC load limit vs. mph. Do I just make it 100%?

The factory tables are already set to do what you want but at 100 mph, at least the settings are at 100% TPS for unlocking. The table for 4th gear is $33CF-$33DE.

For RPM based locking you do use the following. At $338C is the unlock prevention RPM value, factory is set to FF=6375 RPM. You could lower it to something like A0=4000 RPM, this should affect gears 3 and 4. I have a chip where this was done.
