th-350c to 200r4 what do I need???

Currently I have a nice th-350c that works perfect, I really need an overdrive though. I want to switch to a 200r4, I have a dual hump crossmember from G-force. Who builds the best 200r4 ? (durability and strong shifts) I have 330 horse V8. Basically I need to know what do I need to do w/ my driveshaft, and will the crossmember from a th-350 work?

If I cant use the crossmember it will be for sale along w/ the transmission.
