Thoughts on Hood Mod

What do you guys think about venting the hood bump like this? This is taken from the ZL-1 hood conceptually.

Or this...(obviously not with the vette components) just refering to the window aspect of it.

Black screen maybe, not louvered. The window would not be too appealing as the good stuff to see is a little too far forward.

I'd just quit messing around and go for one of these beauties!
(But I do like #1 - More Darth Vader'ish)

I always thought the hump was so iconic for our TRs. I didn't want to loose it just kinda shake things up a bit.

What about adding another set (third row); make it more Buick "port-hole"-y; reminiscent of the GNX fender vents?
I've also thought that functional hood vents off the '89 Turbo T/A might look cool grafted into the hood...

If you must, see if you can find a flat hood to modify. That way, if it all goes wrong, you haven't ruined the original...
