When do you want to upgrade the throttlebody size? And what would be ideal for high 10s? I would like to just bore it out to 62mm instead of buying the 70 if need be.

I think there are lots of alternatives here;try using a machinist who knows his stuff, and he will likely be able to build what you need. I think you probably will be satisfied. Good luck!
I dont think there is much benefit unless the engine is going over 5800 rpm for most of the run. Of course if you have a larger displacement and rev that high you could benefit more form a larger one. Ive gone 127+ mph with the stock untouched throttlebody weighing 3700 lbs with 234ci. I doubt that a bigger tb would have picked up more than a few hp in that application.
