So I just took my car in for a proper alignment after doing 12" brakes, and the guy told me that the car has a large thrust angle. Left tire is toed out, right tire is toed in.
Is there anything that I can do to straighten out the axle while I'm replacing my rear bushings and boxing the control arms (upper and lower)?

In a word, YES you can. :) Just replacing the bushings back there may make a huge difference. Other factors could include worn control arm mountings or a bent axle tube.

HR parts N stuff has some excellent replacement items in their lineup.
