Tips and advice for running M&A aluminum heads?

The machine shop is very reputable and I've used them for years and he said they could repair them but it was his opinion that the casting was weak and he wouldn't trust them with the location and severity of the cracks. I had an iron head crack one time and hydrolock the motor so I decided to not chance it.

Good decision not to keep them, It rarely works out dollar wise when you try to fix up stuff like this, Glad you got your money back and save up a bit more and get some champs or T/A heads. Like I said, door stop material.
