arp head studs should i use there lube or some gear oil ,what are the mains rod cap s and while i got yall on here i wont a good cam dont wont a roller cam cant afford the switch the my car now has ported and polshied heads and intake fixing to bye a 3 in dp still has a stock turbo but i will upgrade to a t44 turbo

provide more info, what are your goals, hot air or intercooled, etc. I think you need to spend a little more time in the re-search department. Knowledge is the key to keeping these eng,'s together and making hp. These boards have a great group of guys willing to help, but you need to supply sufficient info for an educated guess.
As far as the head studs go, you can use the arp sealant, just let the sealant dry, as you are going into the water passages and you don't want to have leaks. On the top side, either will work,(arp lube/oil) I think the choice only affects the warranty.
