Too much damage?

My compressor wheel shows some dings on the vanes. How much damage can the compressor sustain without compromising its performance?

I have not kept up with the TR community like I used to, so I don't know the hot products anymore. If I should replace the turbo, what is a good choice for my street-driven combo:

stock transmission and stall
blue top injectors, hot wired fuel pump
ported elbow and ATR downpipe
cold air kit, RJC power plate
Translator w/ TurboTweak chip

The unit should be ok as long as the compressor is not to damaged. If you have to have it rebuilt then just go with the same wheel.
