Tracks in SE Michigan?

There's a catch... tracks that don't tech inspect.

I'm making the move from NE Ohio to Michigan and I'm wondering if there are any local tracks that won't care that my battery is in the trunk without a box or switch. There are a couple great tracks in NE Ohio, I'm worried I won't find anywhere around here.

I don't really care about anything more than test & tune. Preferably around Flint (where I go to school) or Detroit (where I live Plymouth specifically).

You can always go to Milan. They hardly ever look at your car unless your 11.50's or faster. You can be there in 35 minutes from Plymouth.

Even closer is Lapeer- the amenities are really slim, but they don't EVER look at anything. You will be hassled for no roll bar under 11.50, tho.

The last time I went to lapeer it took me over an hour with city driving. Nice track but the dirt pits do wonders for black cars with sticky tires..
