Does a 1999 Buick park avenue ultra super charged engine and transmission fit in a 1995 Buick regal custom?

It should. Both use a 3800 and a 4T60E/4T65E transaxle. As long as the Regal has the Buick 3800 and not the Chevy 3100.

It may bolt up but there may be issues between obd1 and obd2 systems. Eric might be able to answer that question. You might want to call a local salvage yard and see if they'll look it up in the Holland interchange.
