trouble removing intake manifold

hey guys i cant get the bolt out that has the damn hanger on it. it appears that the bolt is welded to the top of it and there is a double stud. i cant get it loose enough to get a wrench between the hook and intake. i know my wording is off but im covered in grease and typing fast. any ideas? by the way i got it off a long time ago and back on so know im stumped.

use a tapet wrench(thin wrench) or take a cheap wrech onto grinder to thin it out!!!! good luck:biggrin:
