Trouble Starting Up When Hot

I have an 87 GN. For some reason when the car heats up to normal temp
and I shut it down, it doesnt turn on or struggles to turn on. Sounds like
as if the battery is going dead. I replaced the battery, starter and still
have a failry new alternator. When the car cools down it'll fire up no problem.
What could be causing this?

Check the ground cable at the block and make sure it's tight and not burned from the downpipe.

You know, I've notice that wire was getting kind of hot.
I'll check that wire as soon as I get off work. Thanks!!

i had the same problem, i replaced the battery, the alternator but it turned out to be a bad module control. i replaced the coil and the control mudule.PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!

Would the ground to the block not being hooked up cause this problem?! LOL!!
I just found that the yesterday. Didn't have time to fix it.
