Turbo or NA?

I've been trying to figure out what to do with my regal. I've got a 5.3 with a small cam in it now and I'm ready to go a little further with it now. I've thought about just boosting the 5.3 that's in there or building a 6.0(ls2) to drop in.
I don't really have a good tuner very close by site turbo worries me a little.
I'm really not sure which way to go and would like some help brainstorming. Any opinions are welcome. I'd like to make up my mind soon.

Trailer it to a tuner? If you're in SC as you're profile says you are, trailer it up north to Mooresville, NC and have Heintz Racing tune it. They're easily one of the best in the business! I'm in St. Louis and plan on putting a very basic, safe tune so that I can drive it to them for a good tune.
They tune mega-high HP Ls cars all the time! I personally know of 3 GTO's (each over 800whp) that have Heintz do all of their tunes. Have not heard a single complaint yet. When I was in Concord for the Buick Nationals I stopped in at Heintz after hearing so much and was thoroughly impressed. Hope that helps...
