Turbo rebuilder in Houston?

Anyone know where I can get my stock 87 turbocharger rebuilt in the Houston area for a reasonable price? No broken fins, no shaft play, but I see oil in the compressor outlet pipe. It doesn't smoke yet. Or can I do it myself with normal tools, and where do I get parts? Thanks. === Keith
