Two Scanmaster mal...codes

started up the regal today because its not winterized and hasn't been started for a week or so and was going through the scan master and got codes 13 and 23... ( 13=Oxygen Sensor, 23=airtemp sensor low,) any explanations or seriousness of these codes???

Code 13:
Your O2 (oxygen) sensor is bad. Replace it with a GM SENSOR ONLY. It has one single purple wire and can be ordered from your local GM dealership. Dont buy a Bosch or other brand. Only GM.

Code 23:
Air Temp Sensor low. The first thing to check would be to make sure the IAT sensor is plugged into your K&N or airbox. If it is un-plugged, it will set this code.

if my o2 sensor is bad wouldnt that throught off all my kr readings ??? and is it a serious problem either of them?
