upper door panel

Question is whats the difference between a door panel from a power window car to a manual crank car. I need a new driver upper door panel for my car but it is a manual crank and I can get a nice one from a power window car but are the holes for the crank and switch in the same location. Thanks, Mike

The holes are in the same location. Its kind of a bummer on the LH side with the bigger hole.
