Probably a crazy question but does anyone know the weight being put on the rear springs with a full tank of gas. Im trying do the calculations on what spring will raise the ass up enough to keep my fenders from rubbing but i dont have this figure. I know its less than 760lbs because thats the max load on the stock replacements but how much less? Thanks for any help.

This won't be correct based on what wyk3d is wanting to know. Your corner weights include the weights of the wheels, tires, shocks, axle housing, etc but he wants to know the weight ON TOP of the springs ie the amount that the springs are holding up.

Ya...

what Kevin said...
You must subtract the unsprung wts from the total wt on the rear wheels.
This includes:
1/2 the driveshaft
the rear wheels and tires
the rear axle assy
1/2 the wt of the shocks
the wt of the springs.. they are supported by the axle, not a part of the chassis wt.
