What oil do you run?

right now i have valvoline 5w-30 in my car, just because its cheap and i could care less about performance at the moment.
when the track opens up wi'll switch to probably 5w-30 mobil one or royal purple, some kind of synthetic. i'm a strong beliver in the abality for syntheric oil to help out.
I used to have a little nothing of a car chevy vega, little itty bitty 2.3 4 cyl. i think it was rated at 93hp from the factory, i'm sure that was over rated, this thing was a pooch! the good side to that was every little thing made a noticeable difference, i'd have to say the biggest difference i ever made to that car was switching to synthetic oil. HUGE difference, i didnt' have to drive the car at full throttle every where i went. if i took it to the track i'd bet it would have droped a second off its 1/4 time, might still only run a 25, but it was a huge improvement none the less.

I use Shell Rotella T 5w-40 Synthetic.. has more anti-wear additives , (Zinc and Phosphorus)
