Still thrashing to get parts packed for Bowling Green. I occasionally come up as with odd items. This shield is one of them. Can anyone help with, is it for our cars. If it isn't, what is it from.

Yes I think it's a starter heat but I doubt it is for a regal?
 
Maybe a Regal with a small block chevy but it dose fit a turbo Buick
Illl give you 5.00 bucks for it if your convinced it doesn't fit your V6
 
nice, clean starter heat shield. GM did not seem to have a part # always stamped on them. see pic below.

86-87 shields had some slight trimming (right grouping, left side in pic) done for more easy access to the block drains. nothing a scribe a tin snips can't address if desired for exactness on that application. perfect piece for restoration work or that spare engine build.

Yes, mine did not have the part number. Like most heat shields, they were usually tossed at the first time they had to access the starter.
