Which way to wire speakers

Which is better to do:

1)Hook tweets up to the mids and run off the front outputs of the deck
OR

2)Hook tweets up the the front output and mids to the rear outputs

The tweets and mids have capacitors in line and the deck is 40W X 4.

All speakers will be in the front of car.

Are you just using two of the four channels? If your using only two speakers use anyone front or the rear. When you use all four outputs its going to split the power 4-ways. So you'll get more power just using two of the channel.
