Who has found the E85 boost limit?

Possible, although it's been running at these boost levels for over a year now without issue. Just richer with less timing.

Forcefed how much does your car weigh "race weight" if you dont mind me asking?

3050 or so race weight.

Bummer.... but could be worse. I made some passes a few weeks ago at 11:1, 28psi, 20deg timing. 132mph @ 3900lb. Had 1 deg KR, so it definitely needed to be richer. Plugs also looked good.

Yea this setup isn't making near the power you guys are running those behemoth G-bodys! I think the cam may be to large (218/218) for my low rpms. These 8445's have been shaved quite a bit, doubt I'm not getting the proper quench. Used an old burret and came up with just under 42cc. Also it seems most are running alum heads and can get away with a bit more timing that way. I think I'd pick up a good 80-90 whp with some GN1's and more rpm!

How many RPMs are you turning? I like to stay under 6000. My 1-2 is at 6100, 2-3 is at 5850 and she went through the traps at 5850 with just under 8% converter slip. On the shifts it pulls down to 5250.

My next little project will be tuning the 1-2 shift RPM by making some changes to the trans. I would like it to match the 2-3 shift a little better.

About 5800 through the traps since the 3.08 gear install. I'm running a 2 speed. About 10-12% slippage.

Ahh cool.... I was wondering about your mention of 120mph in 2nd gear. Haha
