First it started blinking realllly slow, then it got frozen for a couple days, and now its back on realllly slow? I changed teh flasher fuse and the signals still work, whats the deal??

I chased a similar problem with my blinkers down.

All fuses and bulbs were ok at first. But the blinkers were really slow and eventually the fuse would blow every time I hit the brakes.

It turned out to be a wire behind the driver side headlight. It had rubbed against the body long enough to make it exposed and touching metal.

If no visual damage or corrosion it is most likely ground related

Get one new bulb and swap it out one at a time, leave the blinker on during the test.

Check both back and front lamps.

If both sides are slow, check some other electrical systems like the wipers for proper operation. If the wipers are also slow, you may have an alternator problem. Usually when the signals get slow, the alternator has less than normal output and the first indication shows up as slow turn signals
