Quadjet
So far nothing I replaced, plugs, wires cap and rotor and the fuel filter. Still have the same issue. Car starts cold fine after about 5 minutes of warm up if I tap the gas it coughs and dies. I can hold the gas at 1200 rpm and it sounds like it is running great but let off the gas and it...- 84olds

I have an 84 442 olds with a 307. ignition replaced, wires, plugs. Car starts cold just fine, once shut off it will crank over but not start what so ever. I have to wait about 2 hours for it to start again. I am leaning toward it being a carb issue. I don't know much about them. Any ideas?- 84olds
