Oil leak drivers side bank
not since i had it, not sure. Maybe i'll pull them off at some point, i haven't even been driving it since it acted up. Maybe i'll get time this week to do it, i wonder if it could be getting into the ports as well causing it to smoke- 8AV8OR2

you can actually see the oil coming out the studs and there does not seem to be anything anywhere else, i figured if the valve covers were leaking you would seem some sort of residual coming on top of the manifolds or down the heads or block, which there is none- 8AV8OR2

I have an oil leak that developed heavily in the last few days. Cleaned the valve cover filler off and cleaned and resealed it, cleaned off the entire side of the motor. When the car is running and gets up to temperature the oil is coming out the exhaust studs on the drivers side and the car...- 8AV8OR2

External wastegate question
sorry, i should have mentioned its for a hot air car, the up pipe i was referring to is from the passenger header to the turbo.- 8AV8OR2

External wastegate question
To run an external wastegate, wouldn't it be better to place it in the up pipe before the turbo instead of in the downpipe? I'm planning on building a larger downpipe and running an external gate, but have not seen it in the up pipe, but that would be where i would think it should go. Any...- 8AV8OR2

Relocating pcv valve?
Mine will smoke randomly, its oil for sure, at times i will boost and no smoke, other times it will bury the car behind me. I will get the odd puff of smoke out from under the hood while coming up my street, no boost, but its a steep hill, i figured it may be the pcv valve as it would be in...- 8AV8OR2

Intake question
Probably been answered a hundred times but i can't seem to find it anywhere. What parts are needed other than the upper/lower plenums and throttle body/linkage to convert a hot air setup to the 86-87 intercooler setup. I know the coil packs need to be moved to the back and the turbo/piping...- 8AV8OR2
