Also I just thought of one other thing, I don't think I ever changed the pressure switch when went from R12 to R134. It still has the stock R12 designated switch from 85. Wonder if that would cause issues like I'm having now?
Also I have never seen a hi pressure switch on the line on this car...

I just installed my Alky Kit on my 85 and was told by Julio not to use the washer that presses between the nozzle and the neck between the turbo and intake. Instead leave it off and use some loctite. And making sure to use the correct thread tap so the fitting screws in.
