Turns out this turned out to be a crack in the brass filter. We noticed it when we where taking it apart. If you watch the vid close the filter is right behind the turbo. Nolan

I enlarged the Wastegate hole on my GT76 to 1.4". This was a big mistake. By doing this I enlarged the hole by 60% which brings the back pressure onthe wastegate puck from say 15psi to 24psi. I have a 19-35 psi accustor and could only get 22 psi out of the turbo. 35psi -60%=21psi so close to...

Nope there are no tranny controls in the 7749. You would have to run a seperate PCM to run the tranny. I run a 8625 to run mine. Nolan

This sounds to me like the eprom is not seated properly. I had this happen to me last week. Set a ton of codes and ran like crap. Might be worth a look. Nolan

I have never tuned 55's or 72's so can not say how they will work. I have done quite a bit with the dephi 75's and run the 84's in my truck. With the 84's drivabiltiy is great my wife drives the truck and says its better than hers:rolleyes: Guess I should get busy and drop the built motor...
