    Sounds like exhaust valve stem seals if it only smokes on start up. I use to leave them off on some of the engines I've built.

    located east of Cincinnati. Was a member here a handful of years ago. Had an 11.5 second 87 t-type. Unfortunate circumstances forced sale :( regretted that decision every day since but life happened. Trying to get back in the game as time and money allows.
