    what type of voltage do you see at wot with your standalone?

    i am looking at my datalogs and most of the time my voltage is around 13.0-13.2 at wot or during a pass. at idle i see 14.25-39. brand new battery(interstate marine cell) and a 120amp alternator that it also brand new. i have done a resistance test on all my cables and they all test fine...

    i think the problem with using the tan/white wire is that it is controlled through the stock ecm. you no longer have the stock computer so that wire is dead no? try a 12v trigger out of the fuse box(or use a power probe if you have one) to the side you have the tan/white wire hooked up to...

    the f.a.s.t. box will supply the ground to the relay and the ignition(12v key on) can be sourced from either the trunk(old fuel pump hot) or the fuse panel. are you running a fuel pump controller?
