Going really small on nozzles is said to cause more stress on the pump, but m3 and above shouldn't cause the pump problems.

Where are you stuck? Mount pump, mount tank, drill and tap pipe. Wire, test wiring, insert check valve and nozzle, drive.

WHy not add a "chamber" that is bigger diameter and introduce the meth at the beginning of it flow wise?

Would be interested to know how much difference there is with and without the pre-turbo. I know that there are a few threads on dsmtalk about meth without an IC.

Have you checked flow with a meter? I assume 100% meth right? You definitely should be dropping temps with that much meth flowing. How many temp sensors do you have? Right after the turbo and right before the TB would be interesting. Guessing the IAT is in the lower manifold right?
