I have decided to put my 1993 Typhoon (AWD 4.3L Turbo) #0087 up for sale. It is Red/Gray with 63k miles. Minor mods- nothing crazy. Stock turbo and TC. Engine unopened. It is located in the Joliet area. Link below is for the ad placed on syty.net with pics. Any questions feel free to...
Go to syty.net and click the link for HoodTuned Performance. He can reprogram your stock chip for less than $75 and make it custom for your specific truck.

Best place to start with a SYTY. Stock trans won't hold long deep into the 12's. TR's are MUCH easier to make go fast than the GMC's.....
I've driven an 11 second GN. I can honestly say, that a boost launch in a slightly modded Typhoon or a Syclone is MUCH more fun for street use:D
It was between a modded GN and a stock Typhoon for me. I chose the Typhoon...
I would say you can get a VERY good truck for around the $9k to $11k...
What a bozo. He probably drives an 84 cutlass or a 90 T-bird...
That's a really nice clean looking Typhoon, even though its a 92:D
Free bump...good luck with finding a T.
I have one for sale on Ebay right now, if anyone is interested. If someone could post this up over on the TTA forum page, I would really appreciate it!
Thanks!

Glad your boy was ok.
I would vote "fix it". If not, then the TR's are one car closer to extinction:eek:
Now, just hand him the orbital and tell him to start buffing it out:D
I don't know if this is posted anywhere here already, but I think this is one of the best GN's available for $14k!
I wonder if you can get financing for it???
