    I am in Gilbert. Most of the storage is outside, inside is mostly smaller units. The rates are excessive! I stored the car outside (covered) briefly last year. Would rather sell it than do that again.

    Thanks for the replies. What I am after is a pan that can modify to run "wet sump" with a duttweiler pump. If it was already modified for an external pick up , great. The pic is how it was plumbed/leaked before.
