    2nd set of plugs fouledout less than200miles on both?

    new plugs ac& autolite fouled,??new coil , wires same problem?only code i have is 13 o2sensor but I thought comes on & off because of a lil cam2 n each fillup?fuel pressure at 38 to 40 at rail with 93 red armstrong chip &55lb inj 212/212 cam . looking for help thanks
