Thanks I mentioned your suggestion to them, they seemed to think the same thing, massage.
Now fitting the meats and the math so it doesn't rub the quarter or frame. I'll report back later, I get the car Tuesday after 6 months of accident BS.
Got my first notch update picture.
Goal = run 325/50/15 Street R
There's 3" of space with these wheels/tires/aluminum drums...
GN 15x10 with 4.5bs (5.5/4.5)
275/60/15 = 11.1 (section width)
11.1 - 10 = 1.1 /2 = 0.55
6.05 & 5.05 (offset and backspacing)
I have 2.25" BS to fill before a possible...
I wouldn't hesitate to ship the car if needed to TurboBuRick or any GN experienced tech. While our cars aren't 1 off freaks to work on, there's so many common issues that pop up that most of us are familiar with it, this experience saves you tons of time vs at shops learning on your car. The...
Thanks they're starting today, they wanted to make sure I knew it was only about 1" gain in BS and that it's probably a good 4 hours a side to do it right and clean. Your pictures helped Dynoman thanks.
Wait, why would you kill off a rare design plus in our cars, the Kangaroo dash pouch, where you can hide your garage door opener and other things you hoodlums need to hide fast. 😜
Jk, nice design Hunter Dog, GLS with the new design.
Bump
$1800
Ported stock irons that come with valves and springs
Ported stock intake (has a couple helicoil holes)
The above is over $2500 in today's porting valve alone, then you get the actual part and can sell yours.
UPS Shipping looks to be roughly $80 to most US states, insurance will...
The Stef pans look really nice, but if Dylan you can knock something out you might have a small market here if you got the skills since we tend to support good products by good people who have good taste in cars. 👍
Thanks Spool
MT SS 275/60/15 = 11.1" section width
Hoosier Dr2 295/55/15 = 12.3" section
MT Street R 325/50/15 = 13" Section
I'm gonna try to stuff the 325/50/15 into my GN, with the frame notch I'll gain roughly 1" in BS so that covers the bulge there and I'll raise the car up and hide the...
These hook as legit as the reviews say?
1 guy said it was .001 within his slick 60ft, after like 5 break in runs, damn.
They wobbly on the highway or did the steel belts firm them up like the SS tires at high speed?
Since you've ran them...
Rank them for street hooking...
Mickey T Radial Pro...
These could fit both my cars and MT doesn't make the Street R in this size. 295/55/15
Reviews were great, many said they hooked better than Street R and the thread does look more like the Radial Pro.
Hoosier tech said..
Steel belt (Street R nylon)
No rain at all (obvious looking at it)

My car has new body bushings and is scaled, the front end weighs 1908lbs which is probably 100lbs lighter than most so that's also a factor. I also like it a little low, fender lip under thread so with a 2" drop possible I should be good. Also the spring weight has more involved when choosing it...
