No. The Stage-2 blocks were sold over the counter at GM dealerships or authorized GM distributors. They are very
rare and expensive these days. Stage-2 V6 motors were
never installed in GM production cars.
4.1L production motors are found in junkyards but they
are weaker than the 109...
No problem with Fel-Pro 1026s here. I think the other
gasket you're talking about is the Victor-Reinz 5957SC.
Probably 6 of one, half-dozen of the other. Take your
pick- they're both good if the deck and heads are flat.

There are no magic numbers. Keep adding until
the target and actual air/fuel parameters match.
Try to get the the 02 correction as close to 0%
as possible.
I put a set of SSM lowers on my GN and took them
off shortly thereafter. The car felt real 'loose' on
the highway and did not 60-foot any better than
the stock (boxed) arms. I ended up giving them
away. They're a waste of money.
