    You def have way too any tires like I had!! lol. Had 6 of those same vintage centerlines. Skinnies and 2 sets of rears. I dragged them To BG 2 years. Finally this year I practically gave them away to stop carrying them With me for 600! Very nice light rim.

    Where is the actuator you were testing? Got the same problem. The one behind the glove box works fine but getting the same defrost and floor only like you had.
