Hope all you Houston guys make the Buick Test N Tune. If I get a good attendance, by next year, I'd like to turn it into a 2-3 day event.

Got the Tony DeQuick SLIC installed on the car about a month ago. Had a nice day to do some testing yesterday. I'd say it went pretty damn good. Still on the stock long block with a Precision JB 6262 E cover. PTC 9.5 NLU converter. Not trying to be an asshole, but don't ask about timing...

The 101 mph was on 27 lbs of boost. Intercooler was good, but not great. Better Intercooler and some more boost, car should run 104-106 I'm thinking. First 60' of the pass is where the car really shines.

The numbers looked the best on the Precision SLIC, but my best timeslip was on the GN1 SLIC. I only got a few passes on the Precision, as it was borrowed in Bowling Green. We lost a day of testing due to rain, I think I could have got a low 10.60 to mid 10.50 on it, with another day of testing...

I realize there’s a lot of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana people that don’t make Bowling Green, because of the long drive. Maybe this could turn into a nice Buick event every year!.

If we get a good turnout, I’d like to turn it into a 2-3 day event. Have some real nice classes with good payouts. The Track Manger said that sounded like a good time also. Plus bring in some vendors and tuners also!.
