Just got some E/T streets, need tips...
Hmm.. no tubes, good ? I just got a pair of used E/T Streets also. People are running them safely with no tubes? Why are tubes recommended? I would assume for the wrinkle on the launch correct?- MY FYN 79

Thanks for the info Is that price still accurate on the kit? Also, how do you go about telling this guy to run parts other than the ones he typically uses? He might be OK with it, but I'm not a know it all and do not want to offend him. Thoughts?- MY FYN 79

Sounds good, but? Not bad.... would not recommend Kevlar band, theyr'e to hard on drum, Alto wide red is better bet. Raybestos blue plates in 3rd (direct drum) instead of red, better bitting. What about servo? would get a larger Billet one. Also make sure you have a hardened sun gear shell...- MY FYN 79

Yup, Jimmies in Mundelein :) That price is drop your car off, and pick it up when its done. I dont have that option anymore, because I sold my old tranny, but he highly recommends dropping it off and they do the R&R and all the adjustments etc. Alot of people around me use Jimmies too and have...- MY FYN 79

Lockup or not(pros and cons)
I guess the only two things I can really think of are price, and the fact that I would like to stay away from having to do any funky wiring to work the lockup because I have an old car with no computer. Am I overreacting, or is the lockup totally worth it on a non daily driven street/strip car...- MY FYN 79
