I've decoded everything on the cowl tag except for the upper right corner. There is a "P" then space and then six numbers. I'm guessing maybe the p stands for pontiac assembly plant, don't know. Thanks for any help.

I have a question about the plastic seatbelt guide attached to the headrest. How does the seatbelt work with this piece? Is the seatbelt suppose to run behind it or what? "When" I wear my seatbelt I have to put it on and then reach behind me to run it behind the guide or it cuts into my neck...
