.040 over bare block 1987 buick t-type
I have a block that is .040 over. I really don't want to bore it any more for my application. Also one thread on the mains need to be tapped or have a helicoil put in it.- OPTIMUS

231 Blocks? Any left?
I have a 1987 buick t-type. Is is a lost cause trying to find blocks for these that are not overbored or destroyed? Can anyone recommend any suppliers for crate motors or short blocks?- OPTIMUS

Max Over Bore?
I am rebuilding a 1987 Buick regal t-type. After disassembling the engine i find that it has been bored .040 over. Is it garbage? or can it still be bored. I think .040 is way to much to begin with but was wondering if anyone knows otherwise. Thanks.- OPTIMUS
