all in favor of a breakout rule at Noble.
Hey yall this is JDs girlfriend. I plan on racing next year and I definitely have to say that there has to be some kind of breakout rule. That was ridiculous that they qualify with a 14.5 and you miraculously make up a whole 2 seconds. Thats my 2 cents!:D- RachesFastT
