factory stereo and amp ?
What it is going to come down to is how good you want it to sound.There are a couple of different styles of line out converters that can be had at a reasonable price,but the down side of the cheaper ones is the sound quality,You can go with some of the better ones and and get better sound ,but... -

dvd gps player
there are plenty of 1/2 din flip out dvd units that will fit you will have to get a dash kit to fill the extra space but it doesnt look bad and if you want you can paint them also. -

Antenna Wire??
you can go to any good radio shop that is local to you and get a antenna extension and adaptor. -

Relocate antenna
Try the metra 44ua20 it's a universal glass mount/hide away amplified antenna.It has an easy one wire hookup and works great.I have used them in many different vehicles that I have built through the years. -
