Thanks for the info, and yes i know roller would be better. The motor was used when he bought it so the cam was already broken in. I told her to buy something else for him. Thanks anyways.- russe

The motor only has 250 miles on it, i think it was like that when he bought it. The motor that was in the car when he bought it only lasted 87 miles. And the motor is out of the car and everything eles looks good.- russe

For now a flat-tappet will work, the car has sat for a year and a half with a flat lobe.- russe

She wants to buy him a cam because out of the two years that he has owned the car, it has only run for about three weeks. Now, he only needs a cam just to get it running (the cam in it now has a flat lobe).- russe
