    turbo power !

Since you have the setup already, I would go with a decent size single turbo. A PT8847 would be a pretty good choice. If you arent shooting for 1100whp, you could try something like a Precision 76mm, spool quicker and still make really nice power.

Which new billet (journal bearing) turbo?

The quicker spooling one will be the 6262 and 10's wont be a problem. Thats what I would go with.

    PT6776RS vs. PT6776RH?

The larger compressor housings (H over S) will be slightly more efficient because the air is heated less as it exits the turbo.

    PT6776RS vs. PT6776RH?

Compressor housing doesnt really have an effect on spool, but it does effect compressor efficiency.

    turbo power !

I would assume you already have a T4 manifold setup, but if not, I would go T6. The PT8847 and GT4788 are pretty much the same, different housings, both are rated for 1400hp and will spool quicker than a PT88. The S400-91 is bigger and spools a bit slower, but makes really good power. I believe...

    PT8847, GT4788, S400-91... T4 or T6?

Serial number or sending it Precision is the only real sure way.

    Precision makes a 6365, never heard of a 6354.

PTE 6765 Billet Wheel Turbo Has Landed!

I would go with the .81, but its personal preference. I would think 30-35psi would be a good estimate to make low 10's high 9's.

PTE 6765 Billet Wheel Turbo Has Landed!

PTE does make this turbo in a T4 frame, Ive sold a couple already. Yes, this turbo will demolish a standard T66, capable of 100+whp more. Karolko, go with the .81 for sure. If you really want to squeeze the extra bit of power, get the .96 housing.

Cant add more to what Bent said, he explained it well. If the 6765 for some reason isnt enough, move up to a T4 exhaust.

    6775 non billet

The billet makes power quicker because its got a more efficient compressor, it wont be so much of an issue with the non-billet.

PTE 6765 Billet Wheel Turbo Has Landed!

You can, it just depends on what you want. I think the 6765 is plenty for the street, even if you track it now and then and dont need to go quicker than mid 9s. If you want more, go for the bigger turbine, but you will see more lag and probably want a higher stall for street driving.

Hes using the transbrake, it will make boost very fast. If youre not using it, its a much more streetable.
